REPORT ON YOGA CLASS On 20th March 2021 we, HKM College of Education 2nd year B.Ed students conducted a class based on yoga. On this at 10 am we arranged the programme at college mini hall. Our faculty member Unni Lal sir conduct the class. It was a one day yoga class. Yoga deals with providing answers for the basic questions of life. The important tool of a human being namely mind, breath, speech, and body are used in the process of yoga to achieve the highest goal of human life namely God realization, resulting in pure bliss. The benefits of yoga in schools are: ¶ Reduces stress and anxiety ¶ Improves memory and attention span. ¶ Helps to manage weight ¶ Improves flexibility, balance and posture. ¶ Teaches correct breathing techniques. In the short time span sir taught us about pranayama, yoga mudras and some asanas.
